The services we offer are as follows: - Computer hardware repair - Laptops and desktop machines can nearly always be repaired more economically than the cost of a new computer. Quotes available on request.
- Software repair - Get your computer running like new, we can examine your system and remove unwanted spyware, trojans, viruses and other malware.
- Data Recovery - Lost something? hard drive crashed? Lost the photos from your camera? We can usually recover lost data from the following: SD Cards, Hard Drives, Memory Sticks, XD Cards, floppy disks (3 ¹/2 and 5 ¹/4 inch disks only), Zip disks, USB memory sticks, CDs, DVDs.
- Software installation - Having trouble installing a program? We can usually find a solution to get you up and running.
- Training - Don't know how to use your computer? Frustrated that you're not getting enough out of it? We can help you work out how to get the most from your compter.
- Hardware installation - want to add a TV tuner or bigger disk drive? Give us a call and we can install it for you, we will install the hardware and configure it to work with your computer.
Work can be carried out at your home or we can collect your computer and carry out the work and return the computer to you when work is completed. Prices : At-home visits : £16.00 per hour, repairs at our site : £14.00 per hour - we will always give an estimate for parts before carrying out any work. Most problems can be fixed in a surprisingly short amount of time, quotes can be given on request, although it may be necessary to assess the computer to determine the problem.
